About Thought Patterns for High Performance®
Getting to the root cause issues that result in individual and organizational under-functioning is the prime focus of Thought Patterns for High Performance®. Since 1971, The Pacific Institute® has been employing the concepts and tools reflected in this program with organizations in which excellence is the goal – from Fortune 1000 companies to small businesses, educators, entrepreneurs, as well as Olympic and professional athletes.
This virtual, live-facilitated curriculum will give you the most powerful tools you will ever need: the ability to change the way you think, the ability to eliminate the stress of change and the ability to self-regulate at ever-higher levels of excellence.
How is the program delivered?
The program consists of seven, two-hour, engaging, virtual-learning sessions, presented by a TPI Master Facilitator, with application and homework between online sessions. The program focuses on the power of self-efficacy – the ability to create and sustain internal success.
The sessions will run from 8am to 10am PDT:
April 15, 2020, Wednesday
April 17, 2020, Friday
April 20, 2020, Monday
April 22, 2020, Wednesday
April 24, 2020, Friday
April 27, 2020, Monday
April 29, 2020, Wednesday
Each participant is sent a Participant Manual that is used to help reinforce and personalize each segment. Facilitated virtual discussions target organizational issues and guide participants to apply concepts that address personal and organizational challenges.
In addition, each participant receives access to follow-up audio sessions through the TPI IGNITE App. This provides additional education, allowing for full assimilation of the concepts. These learning bursts not only ensure a deeper understanding but boost the level of results. And, they can be revisited time and time again as a “renewable” resource.
You will need a computer that can log into Zoom, an online meeting portal. Zoom is free for all, so there’s no need to purchase any software. It is best, and most preferable, for your computer to have a camera (desktops, laptops, tablets, and even smartphones work).
