The Pacific Institute® offers a unique open class of TPI’s acclaimed Thought Patterns for High Performance® FIVE.ZERO course. Facilitated by industry veteran, Rick Brown, participants will leave with heightened self-confidence, develop internal self- motivation skills, become more accountable in all aspects of their lives and develop goal and end result oriented processes. They will develop effective decision-making skills and learn methods for building resiliency and accelerate achievement.
$595 includes 2 day presentation, video resource guide, and audio assimilation journal. Participants will have coffee and juice in am and a box lunch of their choice for lunch (included).
($495 tuition for prior graduates of TPI classes. $100 discount for groups or offices of 10 or more.)

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Rick Brown was first introduced to The Pacific Institute in 1978 and became a certified facilitator in 1979. Using the information, he built a successful career in the real estate industry, as an investor and developer.
Rick has devoted his time as both a teacher and leader in the industry, serving as Dean of the Realtors Institute, NAR Regional Vice President and National Chairman of the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC).
In 1990, Rick joined the Institute in a full-time role as a Project Director and brought the curriculum to thousands of participants throughout the United States, Canada, England, Ireland, and Spain. His clients have included: The Government Services Administration, The Internal Revenue Service, The United States Naval Academy Athletic Association, Long Beach Bank, Ameriquest Mortgage, Century 21 International, the National Association of Realtors, Church Farms School, The National Association of Counties, Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, Fox Roach Realtors, and many other local and regional firms.
Rick is an entertaining, thought-provoking and insightful public speaker. His audiences and students are challenged to action and leave his programs determined to make positive improvements in their business and personal lives.
