Since 1971, The Pacific Institute founder Lou Tice has led us to transform organizations by asking a key question: What if lasting change starts with one’s deeply held beliefs? The answer has taken us around the world to help leaders of industry, lifelong educators, athletes, government officials, and everyday hardworking individuals shift what they believe is possible, transform the groups they live and work alongside, and create measurable, lasting change.
