This powerful program provides the techniques and strategies needed for leaders to harness the power of their mindset. Leaders will discover how to optimize their performance, opening new possibilities of incentive leadership. The Pacific Institute’s mindsetting curriculum will accelerate results, enhance engagement, and unleash potential within leaders and in turn their organization.

THOUGHT PATTERNS FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE® FIVE.ZERO

These 13 units of our core curriculum provide a step-by-step approach to personal mastery of the information, as well as professional growth and success. Each video presentation is followed by group discussion and reflective time to think and discuss how the information may impact you, allowing you to grow and achieve more. Each unit contains a learning principle particular to that unit. Extended learning video segments are available to help illuminate the concepts and principles being presented.

MINDSETTING FOR WELL-BEING AND PERFORMANCE 

This powerful curriculum dives into the habits, attitudes, beliefs and expectations of an individual to optimize performance and well-being. Participants will learn about the most significant aspect of health and optimal well-being: that you are in control and have the power to change different aspects of your life. The program applies The Pacific Institute’s mindsetting curriculum to the well-being PERMA model (positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment) to accelerate results, enhance engagement and overcome areas where you may be “stuck.”

We have all worked on improving our professional sales skills, and taken many sales training courses. So, why this program? How is it different?
