This Sunday, The Seattle Seahawks will go head to head with the Denver Broncos in the XLVIII Super Bowl and Pete Carroll is leading the way. But sometimes the coach himself needs a coach. The Pacific Institute’s late co-founder Lou Tice and coach Pete Carroll had a long-standing friendship, and Tice was often called the coach’s coach. Their collective leadership helped build the mental success strategies that have turned the Seahawks into an NFL powerhouse.

​In anticipation of this weekend’s Super Bowl, here’s a nice video piece from 2011 on this special friendship between Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll and our co-founder, the late Lou Tice.
