TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, December 10, 2018 – The Pacific Institute® (TPI) is pleased to announce that two new directors have joined their Canadian office. “I am excited to have Douglas Tames and Ali Rankin-Nash join the team to enhance TPI Canada’s ability to serve the Ontario market” said Gregg Cochlan, Managing Director of TPI Canada.

“Doug’s experience in transformations in large corporations together with help guiding small and medium-sized businesses will be of significant value to TPI’s clients in Ontario. Ali’s experience in leadership experience within the healthcare sector will be of great benefit within that sector and across the market.”

Douglas Tames brings more than 30 years of experience in financial leadership and consulting for organizations in areas of financial services, retail and small business. Tames is
dedicated to helping business leaders, organizations and individuals improve performance while achieving their strategic objectives. He draws upon his extensive knowledge and direct experience as a corporate executive, consultant, and as current owner of The Alternative Board GTA North (TAB), a franchise-based peer advisory and coaching practice.
“I am delighted to be joining TPI Canada. I have seen firsthand the impact of the TPI program on individuals, organizations and companies,” said Tames.

Ali Rankin-Nash joins The Pacific Institute® with over 5 years of healthcare expertise in a variety of areas, including health system research, bedside and leadership roles. As a
Registered Nurse with a Master of Business Administration, she holds a Master certificate in healthcare management and leadership. An executive member of the Canadian College
of Health Leaders Southwestern Ontario, Rankin-Nash brings a unique lens to looking at how the culture of healthcare and other fields can improve and the level of impact TPI can
bring to those systems.

Rankin-Nash believes that women in leadership and young business leaders are the driving force for growth mindset and performance improvement to enrich their own results
and that of their teams. “I’m looking forward to delivering life-changing mindset and performance curriculum to organizations and individuals to improve the lives in our community,” said Rankin-Nash. “I am thrilled to be working with The Pacific Institute, and I look forward to working with Doug Tames and the rest of the TPI team.”
